A little about me……
Welcome to Neighbourhood Graze.
After earning my stripes working in an Italian deli\restaurant overseas, I returned to Australia and completed my chef and patisserie qualifications here in Adelaide. I’ve been in the business of hospitality for longer than I can remember!
I love to travel, try new recipes, explore new restaurants, and chill with my cat Little Dolly Parton.
Not to name drop, but I’ve cooked for JK Rowling, Gordon Brown, Natalie Imbruglia and Clarissa from 2 Fat Ladies fame….
My hero is Anthony Bourdain and live by the philosophy “food may not be the answer to world peace, but it’s a start.” I love parties, catering events and the joy that comes with feeding people.
I started NG in 2022 as a little “side hussle” while working at my local café in Colonel Light Gardens.
I felt like there was room for a fabulous, bespoke and chef curated grazing table option for celebrations, parties and events. Nothing is better than being amongst friends and loved ones and enjoying some seriously good nibbles.
I’m passionate about South Australian, seasonal produce and locally sourced cheeses. I make everything where possible from scratch, and I love seeing people enjoying food I have created.
I aim to use recycled materials whenever possible, so after your event everything can go straight in the recycling bin.
I’ll arrive at your function, you provide the table, I will set up a delicious and memorable grazing table, and all that’s left to do is for you and your guests to enjoy!
Just chill some champagne, put on your favourite playlist and let me take care of the rest.
